The Cost and what this includes:
We want to ensure that you have a truly memorable time with us and to make sure this happens, we will give you as much help and information as possible when planning your trip. No question is too trivial, so please do ask.
Prices 2010 BOOK FOR SIX NIGHTS AND YOUR 7th NIGHT IS FREE
85 euros per night for a double/twin room with breakfast
(This is for the room, not per person)
Tariffs for 2010 exclude 8% VAT. All rooms have ensuite facilities
We are now able to accept payment by credit card through Paypal.
Booking Conditions:
A 50% non returnable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is necessary because we are a very small hotel.Full payment is required 6 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellations: Over one month your deposit will be retained
Within 2 weeks of arrival a further 25% will be retained
Within one week of arrival full payment will be retained. In the event of a medical or personal emergency we will be very happy to supply you with the necessary paperwork for your insurance company.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR ROOM UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR RESERVATION
8% VAT will be automatically added when you make your payment
We have 2 rooms in which we can put an additional bed, there is a charge of 30 euros per night for the extra bed.
Price includes: Breakfast
Dinner is available on Monday,Wednesday and Friday Nights only. For all other evenings we can recommend local bars and restaurants.
Our Dinner menu changes daily, using fresh products from the local markets. We offer Spanish and International cuisine. Vegetarians and those with special dietary needs are very well catered for. We have our own vegetable/herb garden.
Dinner: a three course dinner will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at a cost of 25 euros per person. There are lots of restaurants/bars nearby for other nights.
Drinks: non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase throughout the day and evening. We operate an 'honesty bar' .
Pets: no pets allowed, other than special assistance dogs.

Smoking Policy: Brazos Abiertos operates a policy of NO SMOKING throughout the building and inner courtyard.
Group Bookings: the entire hotel can be booked for special events (terms on application.)

We are proud to be recognised by the Junta de Andalucia as a 'Casa Rural Superior' (the only one in this area).
We are completely legal and have undergone the rigorous quality checks that come with registration. When you book any accommodation it would be useful for you to check that it has a Tourism Registartion number.
We do not mean to imply that your stay in any other unregistered accommodation would be compromised if all goes well, but it may be an entirely different case if you have a mishap or accident.
